Capital Trust Escrow, a California Corporation, is an independent and bonded escrow company based in Beverly Hills. We are competent and experienced in handling precise escrow transactions on time. Our goal is to educate our customers about the escrow process, while we focus on escrow service to satisfy the customer’s expectations and goals. We strive to minimize surprises during the course of the escrow by communicating with our customers throughout the entire escrow process.

Hami M. Gabayan, the founder of the company and senior escrow manager, has earned a well-deserved reputation as one of the premier escrow officers in Los Angeles. Hami has over fifteen years of experience in the field, and handles escrows in commercial, apartment buildings, residential income buildings, residential properties, and has experience handling 1031 tax deferred exchanges and reverse exchanges. His mantra of ‘Win them with superior customer service’ has been the key to success.

Mr. Gabayan was a proud member of the Jewish Federation Real Estate Division (REC), has served twice as President of the Los Angeles Escrow Association during 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, is a board member of the California Escrow Association, and was a delegate of the American Escrow Association.

Profile

Frances joined Capital Trust Escrow in early 2014 and brings over 35 years of escrow experience and dedication. While she is well versed in a wide range of escrow transaction types, at this time, Frances focuses primarily on Bulk Sale Escrows and Liquor License Escrows.

Frances is an expert in handling very complex transactions in the following areas: franchise chains with numerous state-wide locations, coin laundries, restaurants, private schools, pharmacies, gas stations, and professional practices.

Frances believes in providing efficient, quick, and accurate work. She personally handles each transaction to assure quality work and she believes in “Doing what it takes to get the deal closed!”

Frances is the current Vice President of the Los Angeles Escrow Association, and a member of the California Escrow Association and American Escrow Association.

Elizabeth M. Aguilar

Profile

A native of Southern California, Elizabeth has been in the escrow industry for over 40 years. She started her career with a major bank, where she was a dedicated professional for the first 15 years of her career. After completing the bank’s in-house training program, she became a Manager of their Escrow Department.

Ms. Aguilar came to Beverly Hills in 1985 and began working in the independent escrow company arena. She has been in the Westside of Los Angeles ever since, joining Capital Trust Escrow in 2016 as Senior Escrow Officer and Escrow Manager.

She likes to say, “There isn’t an escrow I have not seen.” Her experience is vast, but she specializes in high-end residential, commercial and “difficult” transactions. The more complex, the better the challenge!
